Her Art, His Hustle

Polong Crafts is run by 2 of the 3 Polong family siblings, Jessie and Jim Art, combining their efforts to sell 100% hand-designed and homemade vinyl stickers, fine prints of original artwork, and with future crafts to come!

Opening a small art business was my (Jim Art's) idea, the youngest of the 3, after reaching my boiling point from 5 years of University and a couple years of job-hopping, struggling to find an occupation that he finds worth the 9-5 struggle. This is when I landed a part-time gig with Sanbao Studio - a thriving and successful ecommerce pottery art & supply business. This filled me with inspiration as he thought to himself "If this is possible then why not my family?"

Thankfully, Jessie is a multitalented artist who graduated from Max the Mutt College of Animation, Art & Design, where a strong foundation in illustration, design, and visual storytelling was developed. Her artwork is created to provide a sense of calm and reassurance. Many designs are inspired by nature as a way to offer relief from life's challenges. Our goal is to create art that feels steady and comforting—something that helps people pause, reset, and feel a little more grounded, even if only for a moment.

Together, we manage every step of the process— Jessie cares for creating and producing the artwork, while I (her brother, Jim Art) cares for the business aspect. All we want to do is bring people a sense of coziness in a wild era of time.
